Guest Service Representative
Description
Salary Range: $26.55 - $35.85
The Guest Service Representative provides a welcoming and professional first point of contact for patients, visitors, and other guests. The role supports a safe and positive experience by offering wayfinding assistance, managing guest access, and upholding established security procedures.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years college education preferred
Work Experience
Two or more years customer service experience required
Computer Skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Word, Excel, Outlook, Epic, preferred
Other Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to serve individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds with patience, diplomacy, and respect
- Capacity to work efficiently with limited supervision while maintaining high standards
