The Quality Coordinator works in collaboration with the Sr. Director to facilitate improvement, data management, statistical analysis, and outcome measurement for Medical Staff and hospital departments. The coordinator uses a combination of clinical and technical skills to coordinate improvement activities for assigned areas. 

Qualifications:

1. Current RN License or healthcare equivalent required.
2. Masters Degree in health services related field preferred.
3. Five years clinical experience.
4. 1 year experience in quality improvement or related field desired.
5. Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. 
6. Demonstrated skill in data management, presentation, and analysis. 
7. Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with persons of varying educational and cultural backgrounds.
