Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do in This Role:
We’re looking for a Scriptwriter / Show Writer to help shape content across our non-caller shows like Smart Money Happy Hour, The George Kamel Show, and others across the Ramsey network. These shows don’t rely on live callers. They rely on strong ideas, clear structure, emotional storytelling, and great collaboration.
This role is for a writer who can think like a producer, write like a storyteller, and adapt their voice to support multiple hosts and formats, all while staying true to the Ramsey brand.

- Executing results-driven and emotional storytelling script quickly and efficiently.
- Producing quality scripts informed by data.
- Championing Ramsey's brand voice and standards across every show you support
- Being the trusted resource for show content by a stakeholder, fellow writer, or producer
You're Probably a Match if:
- You have 2+ years of experience in copywriting, digital media writing, long-form article writing, story writing, screenwriting
- You are comfortable collaborating with producers, personalities, editors, etc. on scripts and content
- You bring cultural/industry relevancy to our content
- You have the ability to transform multiple complex ideas into a cohesive solution
- You have experience having strategic conversations that drive show development with stakeholders
