Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available
Salary: $40,000- $50,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. What You’d Do in This Role:
As a Customer Success Agent, providing exceptional customer support through phone calls, live chats, and emails while using various software tools to find solutions. Team collaboration is key to identifying common customer issues, improving products, and turning customers into enthusiastic fans. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people are essential, even for those without direct customer-facing experience.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and compassionate interactions with customers.
- You have 1+ years answering multiple live chats, phone calls, and emails while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- You’re comfortable using various software tools and web resources to research and provide solutions.
- You thrive in a team environment, collaborating to identify common customer issues and improve overall service.
- You have a passion for helping people and turning customer interactions into positive, hope-filled experiences.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Serve 45-60 customers per day across phone, chat, and email while providing clear and helpful solutions.
- Effectively use internal tools, AI resources, and knowledge bases to find solutions and improve response times.
- Create a memorable customer experience by personalizing interactions and turning customers into raving fans.
