Our Mission: Ramsey Solutions provides biblically based, commonsense education and empowerment that give HOPE to everyone in every walk of life.

- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match/company contribution
- Annual wellness, counseling and grocery membership reimbursement
- On-campus cafe with subsidized pricing for breakfast, lunch and coffee bar

Where and How You’d Work
Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof.
Work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.
While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You’d Do in This Role
You’ll drive product strategy for Investing & Tax. This is a player/coach role. You won’t just set direction — you’ll actively lead discovery, shape roadmaps, write strategy, make prioritization calls and partner closely with design, engineering and marketing to bring solutions to life.
You’ll own the product vision and outcomes while also developing and elevating the product managers on your team. You’ll model strong product thinking in the work itself — turning complex financial topics into clear, actionable digital experiences that help everyday people make smart tax and investing decisions.
You’re Probably a Match If
- You have 7+ years in product management, personally driving outcomes from discovery through launch and iteration.
- You have 2+ years directly leading and developing product managers — not just managing work, but growing people.
- You’ve built and shipped roadmaps that balance user needs, business goals and market opportunity. You know when to say no, and you defend that call.
- You lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, turning unclear market signals into focused product bets while rallying stakeholders around a shared direction.
- You have a strong sense of product grounded in real research. You run discovery, talk to customers and make prioritization calls based on evidence, not opinion.
- You communicate product strategy clearly to senior leadership and translate business objectives into team-level goals. You own outcomes, not just updates.
What Winning Looks Like
- You own the product strategy and roadmap for Investing & Tax. It connects directly to business outcomes and customer impact.
- Design, engineering and marketing align around shared priorities because you lead with clarity. Trade-offs are visible. Nothing is hidden.
- You find underserved customer needs and launch experiences people actually use and come back to.
- You define success metrics that drive objectives and key results. When the data says something isn’t working, you adjust. Fast.
- Your teams run repeatable discovery and validation. Product decisions are grounded in real customer behavior, not assumptions.
- You communicate boldly to leadership. Risks surface early. Investment decisions are shaped by your point of view.
- Tight feedback loops with customers, frontline teams and partners. The product gets better because you keep learning.
