We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to grow our presence in the veterinary market by selling Practice Information Systems (PIMS) to veterinary clinics. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing—while building relationships with veterinary professionals.
This role suits someone who is consultative, commercially minded, and comfortable selling software solutions into a clinical environment.
Vetspire Sales Account Executive
We’re looking for a Vetspire Sales Account Executive to join the Vetspire team.
In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the development, delivery, and improvement of technology that supports veterinary practices and teams across the country. Your work will help shape product outcomes, strengthen customer experiences, and support Vetspire’s continued growth as a trusted industry partner.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, prospect, and engage veterinary clinics to generate new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, proposals, and closing
- Deliver tailored product demos that clearly articulate clinical, operational, and financial value
- Build trusted relationships with practice owners, practice managers, and veterinary teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasts in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and support teams to ensure smooth customer transitions
- Stay informed about veterinary industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, or practice management software
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable engaging with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM systems
Desirable
- Experience selling into veterinary practices
- Understanding of practice workflows, billing, and compliance requirements
- Background in software demos or solution selling
