Full-time, 4 ten hour shifts, alternating Saturday/Sundays

About You  

We are seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our outstanding team! Must be able to  

perform under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and work well independently as well as on a team.  

Attention to detail is a must.  

Your Experience & Skills  

  • Computer experience is required  
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive  
  • Ability to triage, prioritize, and possess excellent time management skills.  
  • Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful  
  • manner
  • Working knowledge of basic animal care and clinic flow  
  • Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy, sometimes high-stress environment  
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability  
  • Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills  
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate 
starting at $15-$16/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of  
factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
