Reports to: Onboarding & HR Operations Manager
Full-time, Non-Exempt
Location: Austin, Texas / Open to Remote

As an Onboarding & HR Operations Partner you will be responsible for the administration of our onboarding process and the first point of contact for onboarding and HR operational inquiries. Specific tasks include processing employees into our HRIS (Workday) system, I-9 review and compliance, new hire question support, and data tracking and auditing within our systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Help us hire passionate people – this means helping them fill out all the new hire details and make sure they can log into Workday, reset their passwords, and answer their questions.
· Keep track of who we are hiring – there’s a lot of them so you’ll need to be organized and process oriented to stay ahead of the game
· Be our data and process guru – track all new hires through the onboarding process, help the process run efficiently by daily check-ins/follow-ups with hiring manager and new hires during the onboarding process
· Review all new hire onboarding information for accuracy and completeness
· Make sure we stay compliant, it’s the law. You’ll be responsible for helping with I-9 processing and E-Verify
· Run and review Onboarding Reports to ensure completion of onboarding tasks (including but not limited to I-9 verification, Workday onboarding tasks, SSN verification)
· Help to review Onboarding Metrics so we can always be working to improve the onboarding experience
· Manage various projects to improve and build out resources and processes for the onboarding experience
· Communicate with the hiring manager regarding the status of the new hire paperwork and follow up as necessary to ensure all corrections are made timely and accurately
· Review all offer letters and employment agreements to ensure they are complete, accurate and are signed by the new hire for each position required
· Review offer letters and employment agreements to ensure the details are accurately entered into our HRIS system and process updates and corrections when necessary
· Help coordinate and run our New Hire Orientations where you’ll present and demo crucial new hire information and be a great example of Thrive’s values and culture
· Call employees when necessary to confirm information submitted is accurate or to request information and documentation to satisfy work eligibility requirements
· Work with and be a point of contact for outside support vendors
· Work on special projects as needed
· Supports other HR employment activities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree
· 2-3 years HR administration experience preferred
· Previous experience working with a HRIS system (Workday preferred)
· Must be highly organized with a keen attention to detail
· Exceptional follow through skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
· Strong analytical skills including Excel fluency (SmartSheet experience is a plus)
· Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
· Previous experience in a role that required a high level of confidentiality
· Strong work ethic and bias for action/sense of urgency
· Experience supporting multiple sites that span across multiple states
· An astute attention to detail and stellar degree of integrity
