Medical Director
Description
About You
You're a veterinarian who has grown into — or is ready to step into — a leadership role with real ownership. You set the medical standard not by mandate, but by example. You mentor naturally. You communicate clearly and directly. You understand that a thriving hospital is built on trust, consistency, and a team that genuinely loves coming to work.
You're energized by:
Coaching associates toward their best clinical work
Partnering with your practice manager to solve problems and drive growth
Building a culture where people feel seen, supported, and challenged
Delivering the kind of medicine that keeps clients coming back for life
You're willing and able to balance an active caseload with the responsibilities of medical leadership — and you understand that the best Medical Directors make everyone around them better.
