About You

You’ll provide excellent, in-the-moment care when patients need it most. You’ll hone your ability to triage and assess critical needs – with a team to back you with support - lean on our community to shift in schedule or role.

 

  • Willingness to care for sick and injured patients who arrive on an emergency basis, along with managing hospitalized patients
  • Assess, diagnose and develop treatment plans
  • Oversee technicians who are carrying out plans
  • Perform surgeries, provide critical care, and ensure a high level of service for all patients

Experience & Skills Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
  • State Veterinary Board License: active and in good standing for the state of intended employment, obtained prior to start date
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
  • Experience in emergency medicine, including work experience, small animal rotating, or emergency internship.

 

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL model. Full-time range starting at $180,000-$250,000/year, with a sign-on bonus up to $50,000 and up to $30,000 relocation allowance. The actual salary offered will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
