EGG HELPER
The Egg Helper is responsible for the loading empty buggies on the egg trailer, traveling to breeder farms loading buggies, unloading full buggies and maintaining a clean/sanitized egg trailer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Loads empty egg buggies on the egg trailer
1. Loads empty egg buggies on the egg trailer
2. Rotates and swaps empty buggies for full buggies at farms
3. Loads and unloads eggs off trucks and into egg room in an organized way
4. Helps spot when backing for safety
5. Helps with general housekeeping around the facility
6. Back fill other positions when needed
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Helps cull eggs and assure egg flats/buggies are clean/ in working order
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of egg handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently
- Mechanical ability
- Ability to push and pull full egg buggies in a way that is ergonomic
