Essential Functions:

  • Monitors BIX extractors and PDC as part of daily production Monitoring.
  • Utilizes Pega tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and logs to troubleshoot issues.
  • Assists in investigating application issues under supervision.
  • Performs unit testing for assigned development tasks.
  • Resolves low to medium complexity defects during QA and UAT cycles.
  • Supports regression testing activities.
  • Assists in developing and configuring Pega applications including case types, stages, steps, and flows.
  • Configures decision tables, decision trees, validations, and when rules.
  • Follows Pega guardrails and organizational standards.
  • Participates in sprint ceremonies and team meetings.
  • Continuously enhances skills through training and certifications.
  • Participates in peer reviews and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Documents configuration changes and technical details.
  • Performs other related duties and project as business needs require at direction of management.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Knowledge on object-oriented technology and reusable component-based application development involving Java.
  • Knowledge on integrations and agents.

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS


Our process involves three stages:

  1. Resume Review & Short List.
  2. Initial Call (Depending on the role, a take home task may also be requested).
  3. Final Interview.

Our average process takes approximately 2-3 weeks, but we always work around your availability.
