As a HRIS Analyst, you'll strategically manage all of the HR systems in the North American region and be the IT and data expert within our Human Resources team. Maintaining systems, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, and reporting on the data will lead Amplifon and your career to new heights.

Success Criteria:

Let the data and numbers speak to you! Maintain, design, configure, and test systems/processes that maximize efficiency, starting with payroll.  Bring your thinking hat; we are looking for someone who can analyze current processes and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency for a smooth transition.

As we keep up with changing technology, managing software implementation projects with local and global partners for successful launch and integration is inevitable. Maintaining the security of the databases and software is top priority to keep employee information safe and organized.

Lastly, let your love of analytics be your guide as you create reports and dashboards involving payroll information, performance data, workforce planning, and diversity topics. Partner not only with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management, but also with Finance and IT. This role could be a highly visible springboard for your career!

Qualifications:

  • Highly positive personality; collaboration is in your DNA
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience
  • Proficiency in HR systems, system administration, and HR processes
  • Experience with ADP, Ceridian, and Oracle gives you a head start on our current systems

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of payroll systems so you can hit the ground running, Certified Payroll Profession certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of all pertinent federal, state and provincial and regulations, filing and compliance requirements, affecting employee benefit and payroll programs
  • Proficient with MS Office software, specifically Excel
  • Clever problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Detail focused and precise
  • Excellent customer service, organization and time management skills
