About the role:
- The IT Cloud Applications Administrator will be responsible for managing and securing all endpoint devices within the organization. This role requires expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Intune, Kandji, and Jamf, as well as a deep understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), macOS, along with security best practices, including CIS Benchmarks and patch management. The ideal candidate will self-motivated, organized and have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks while ensuring optimal performance and compliance of endpoint devices.

What you’ll achieve:
- MDM Administration:
- Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint devices using MDM solutions like Intune, Kandji, or Jamf.
- Develop and implement policies and profiles for device management, security, and compliance.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security configurations in line with CIS Benchmarks.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits of endpoint devices.
- Patch Management:
- Coordinate with relevant teams to develop and execute patch management strategies for all endpoint devices.
- Monitor and report on patch compliance and effectiveness.
- Endpoint Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues.
- Collaborate with the IT support team to maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures while working to resolve complex problems.
- Troubleshooting:
- Ensure installed software and agents are configured correctly and comply with each other.
- Diagnose and resolve conflicts between different software and security agents.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in endpoint management and security.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the security and performance of endpoint devices.
About you:
- 3+ years of System/Cloud Administration experience with MDM solutions like Intune, Kandji, and Jamf.
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11), macOS, and security frameworks including CIS Benchmarks
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Jamf Certified Associate, CISSP) and CompTIA certifications preferred.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and knowledge of network security and endpoint protection solutions; familiarity with Linux OS is a bonus.
- Preferred Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
