Sr SAP Treasury Business Systems Analyst (US REMOTE AVAILABLE)

Our goals are high-reaching and to accomplish them, we are bringing aboard a superlative, a highly experienced Senior SAP Treasury Business Systems Analyst. This position will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering SAP centric solutions that enable and enhance Splunk’s Treasury processes. Ensure high quality solutions are built that meet current and anticipated business needs. Responsibilities include partnering with business leadership and project management, providing guidance to technical teams, driving effective issue management and effective communication with key stakeholders.
The candidate will be responsible to evaluate alternatives to satisfy business objectives, estimate and plan projects. The candidate will be involved in solving complex problems that arise during the planning and execution of different IT programs and projects as well as managing SAP support activities.
In this role you will:
- Deliver technology transformations including Treasury IT strategy, bank connectivity strategies (e.g., SWIFT, multibank reporting) and TMS implementations - Cash Management, InHouse Cash and Treasury and Risk Management.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Splunk Finance Systems Policies and procedures.
- Understands organization's vision, goals, and strategies. Aligns priorities appropriately, determines critical success factors, evaluates, and pursues initiatives based on fit with strategies.
- Actively seek ways to apply technology to business processes, researching and providing information on technical trends and best practices.
- Assess near-term needs and develop alternative technical solutions; advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities.
- Champion change and innovation. Stimulates creativity and innovation in others. Open to new ideas. Supports those who initiate change and take risks.
- Partner with business units to formulate application strategies and roadmaps.
- Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners.
- Manages employees/contractors, direct/indirect at varying levels of the Project Management job family.
- Lead large, complex, cross functional and visible projects to completion as an SAP subject matter expert and business process leader
- Suggest creative solutions or facilitate collaboration to address complex requirements
- Hands on configuration and write detailed functional design specification and execution to business outcomes.
- Provide leadership to resolve conflicting cross functional issues to bring alignment between partners
- Make recommendations on implementation of the SAP applications, as well as integration with third party systems
- Ability to perform quality control on the SAP solutions and provide recommendations and alignment to leading practices.
- Work with stakeholders such as the business and IT clients, as well as the team, both onsite and offshore.
- Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams
- Recommend strategies and methods to improve implementation efficiency
- Maintain key partner alignment through regular touchpoints with executive, business partners and IT delivery teams
- Provide leadership to resolve conflicting cross functional issues to bring alignment between partners
- Communicate roadmap and portfolio status to executives and internal teams
- Partner with organizational change management experts to enable change
Requirements
- 8+ years experience as a SAP Finance business process solution expert
- 8+ years of complex cross functional SAP Treasury configuration and solution expertise.
- SAP implementation consultant with experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects
- 8+ years leading projects in SAP specific domains such as FICO, FICA or SAC
- Bachelor’s degree
- Tolerant of ambiguity and the flexibility to work well in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication ability (written and oral)
- Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of portfolio management concepts
- Effective problem solving skills with an ability to identify issues and resolve, or identify the internal resources to assist

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out below, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.

Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $129,600.00 - 178,200.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $116,000.00 - 159,500.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $104,800.00 - 144,100.00 per year
