Role:

People Compliance Analyst is an integral member of the People Compliance Team that works to improve the overall employee experience by strengthening the operational foundation of the People Team through continuously reviewing and updating People operational processes as needed for efficiency and to meet the evolving needs of Splunk.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Splunk’s Affirmative Action Program by coordinating data collection, documentation of Good Faith Efforts and supporting other EEO-related initiatives.
  • Support government reporting including but not limited to EE0-1, VETS-4212, Pay Data, and AUS, France & UK Gender Gap reporting, including preparing and auditing data for required reporting.
  • Lead the response to data privacy requests in OneTrust as well as auditing unemployment claims
  • Partner with People Analytics to create reports and analyzes workforce data and metrics to identify trends that impact compliance
  • Proactively tracks new employment laws, regulatory changes/trends, assesses impact to Splunk, and provides summary to the People Compliance team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years specific to compliance with a multinational company
  • Knowledge of human resource practices, employment laws, and related compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality for sensitive issues and information with great attention to detail

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out below, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $104,000.00 - 143,000.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $94,400.00 - 129,800.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $84,800.00 - 116,600.00 per year
