Role and Responsibilities:
準大手企業を中心に、Splunkが持つデータプラットフォームをご提案し、顧客課題を解決していくアカウント担当営業のポジションとなります。BDR/SDR、SE、Partnerと協業し、セキュリティ&オブザバビリティにおける最先端の提案活動を実行頂けます。
- 目標管理:通年・四半期ごとの予算に対するレポート
- テリトリー管理:アサインされたテリトリーに対する目標達成プランの立案・実行・改善
- 案件管理:時期・金額について適切に案件を配置し、期日通りにクロージングを行うためのアクションオーナーとなる
- 社内外連携:BDR/SDR,SE,Partnerと様々な社内外連携を構築し、効率的かつ効果的なチーミングを行う
Requirements:
Experience
- IT業界で5年以上のエンタープライズソフトウェア・サービスの販売経験があること
- 製造・流通業で年商1000億以上 or IT系Startupのエンドユーザーを担当した経験があること
- 新規顧客の開拓経験があること
- エンドユーザーの潜在課題を顕在化し、案件を獲得した経験があること
- エンドユーザーのCxOとのビジネスミーティングを実施した経験があること
- セキュリティ or オブザバビリティソリューションの販売経験があること
- クラウドソリューションの販売経験があること
- 社内SEやPartnerと連携し、商談時における課題を解決した経験があること
Skill
- エンドユーザーのビジネスおよびITのペインを特定することができる
- エンドユーザーのプロジェクト状況を特定することができる
- エンドユーザーのBANT情報をヒアリングすることができる
- フォーキャストについて客観的かつ事実ベースでレポートすることができる
- 商談に対し、自身だけではなく社内外のメンバーから多面的に情報を得ることができる
- 自ら新しいセールスフレームワークを構築し、実行と改善ができる
- ネイティブレベルの日本語は必須。ビジネスレベルの英語ができれば尚可。

Role and Responsibilities:
This is a position for an account sales representative who will propose Splunk's data platform to solve customer issues, with a focus on semi-major companies.
This is an opportunity to work with BDR/SDRs, SEs, and Partners to provide cutting-edge proposals in security and observability.
Requirements:
Experience
- 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software and services in the IT industry
- 100+ billion in annual sales in the manufacturing or distribution industry OR experience working with end-users of IT startups.
- Experience in new customer acquisition
- Experience in identifying end-user's latent issues and winning deals
- Experience in conducting business meetings with end-user CxOs
- Experience selling security or observability solutions
- Experience selling cloud solutions
- Experience working with internal SEs and partners to resolve issues during negotiations
Skill
- Able to identify end-user business and IT pain points
- Albe to identify end-user's project status
- Able to identify BANT information
- Provide objective and factual reports on forecasting
- Obtain multifaceted information from internal and external members of the team
- Able to build, implement, and improve new sales frameworks on your own.
- Native level of Japanese is a must. Business level English is a plus.
