Role

Do you want to be part of a growing team responsible for driving impactful engagement and developing closer and more strategic relationships with key customers? Then this role is for you! We are looking for an innovative and results driven Executive Programs Marketing Manager to lead development and execution of executive marketing programs that support our EMEA sales organization.

This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in project managing key elements of Splunk’s executive engagement programs with the aim of growing and accelerating our top accounts by driving engagement with key decision makers. You will have a track record of using data insights to identify positive outcomes and gaps to drive marketing plans and programs on time, on budget, with measurable results. We are a rapidly growing company and so you should be comfortable with changing priorities and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement strong, data-driven executive marketing activities and programs to drive pipeline generation and acceleration, customer intimacy and awareness in the region.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team, global executive programs team and sales leadership to ensure activities align with regional goals and priorities.
  • Create repeatable process and reporting frameworks to help scale executive programs across regions.
  • Track critical success metrics and report on program effectiveness, compiling regular reports of performance and results to share with sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Analyze performance and suggest ways to improve and optimize programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role in enterprise software/SaaS
  • Experience running executive marketing programs, managing marketing events and collaborating with project teams
  • Proven track record working with customer or company execs strongly preferred
  • Ability to work across multiple different departments and regions throughout EMEA
  • Technical skills to manage platforms like Salesforce, SmartSheet, Google Suite
  • An open, problem solving mentality with a willingness to learn new skills
  • A keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Professional and energetic demeanor and ability to interact effectively with sales, marketing and other internal teams
