Due to our hyper-growth in building a game changing product, we are seeking an exceptional Emerging Talent recruiter to join our Polish TA team.
You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, sourcing of students and leading them through the entire recruitment process up to the offer stage.
As an Emerging Talent Recruiter, you will work closely with other members of Recruiting, HR, Finance, Legal, Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to deliver exceptional candidate generation strategies across our teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing, screening and hiring high caliber students for our Go-To-Market, IT & Engineering functions across Poland and Czech Republic. .
- Develop the recruitment strategy for teams across Poland and Czech Republic.
- Coach and train new recruits, and assume informal/formal leadership roles within team
- Build out University Recruitment strategy across top universities in Europe
- Build relationships with key stakeholders at target European universities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build and execute customized, full-cycle recruitment strategies to build a pipeline of interns and new graduates
- Lead key initiatives and projects with partner groups that will continuously improve and scale our university recruiting operations
- Regularly run pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal partners
- Manage, maintain and develop relationships with faculty, staff, alumni and student organizations on-campus. Implements virtual recruitment strategy & attends events.
- Build campaigns and host events for converted interns once per quarter
- Management of the Polish and Czech intern experience, working with global partners leaders to build a best in class intern program globally and ensure a consistent experience across all offices.
- Act as the liaison between Splunk and the interns' schools as needed.
- Support business and administrative activities, such as interview scheduling and candidate experience
- Create resources used by interns and managers that scale to support to a high volume and make them easily accessible through platforms such as Drive and PwnyPortal
- Support managers and HR Business Partners with sensitive and high judgment intern issues
- Partner with internal teams to facilitate all program elements – includes performance management and evaluation of interns, intern and manager onboarding, all Polish and Czech campus recruiting events events and more
- Planning and conducting regular reviews of key initiatives at both strategic and highly tactical levels
- Leverage CultureAmp training surveys to analyse and provide recommendations for improvements and intern conversions.
- Drive branding awareness internally and externally about the intern program
- Serve as point of contact for interns throughout their internship and maintain candidate relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in Polish and English
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Minimum 2 years of University Recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to travel to local university events during peak recruiting cycles
