- Monitor and ensure the health of production infrastructure, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Assist customers in adopting and optimizing the use of Nutanix portfolio solutions.
- Collaborate with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Develop and share a comprehensive roadmap plan for customer activities over the next 6 to 8 months.
- Advise customers on Nutanix best practices, reference architecture, and validated design.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders during customer interactions to facilitate collaborative solutions.
- Build expertise in virtualization technologies and Nutanix products to drive long-term customer success.
- Contribute to a customer-centric team culture focused on innovation and collaboration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration and virtualization technologies.
- Proficient in VMware skills and architecture, including managing production VMware clusters.
- Strong understanding of storage concepts in virtualization and VMware internal networking architecture.
- Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience in coordinating discussions with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Nutanix portfolio products is a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts is beneficial.
