The Opportunity 
 
Do you love marketing and technology? Are you ready to kick-start your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment?  
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our UK Marketing team. This is a role where you’ll gain hands-on experience across campaigns, events, and digital marketing, supporting initiatives that drive awareness and pipeline for one of the world’s leading cloud software companies. 
You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, sales teams, and partners, learning the fundamentals of B2B marketing while contributing to impactful projects. If you’re organised, adaptable, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you. 
 
  
Your Role 
  • Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and events. 
  • Assist in planning and delivering webinars, conferences an event logistics, from planning to reporting. 
  • Own smaller marketing projects with clear deliverables and timelines. 
  • Help create and schedule social media posts and email communications. 
  • Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and channel partners to deliver marketing assets. 
  • Help manage campaign tracking, reporting, and documentation using Excel and internal tools. 
  • Provide administrative support for marketing activities and documentation. 
  • Participate in team meetings, events, and fun activities to build team spirit and connection. 
 
  
What You Will Bring 
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred but not essential)
  • 2 years of experience in marketing (agency, internship, or freelance projects). 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Motivated, high-energy, and flexible mindset—able to adapt and comfortable working with different stakeholders including channel partners. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Passion for marketing and a desire to grow in tech space. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. 
  • Fluent English language
    
Nice to Have 
  • Prior exposure to partner, channel marketing or agency collaboration. 
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing or event coordination. 
  • Creative skills such as photography, video editing, or design.  
  • Interest in campaign performance analysis and reporting. 
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), or project management tools (e.g., Asana). 
    
Work arrangement 
  
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
