What we’re seeking:  
  
We're seeking a Senior Director of Program Delivery and Controls to lead the strategy, execution, and governance of product and service delivery. This role is pivotal in ensuring scale, efficiency, and compliance across all programs and projects, directly impacting business growth and career advancement. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX, to complete your work responsibilities.

What you’ll do:  
  
  • Oversee complex, highly sensitive projects and key cross-functional deliverables required because of compliance, operational efficiency, or customer-obsessed success
  • Own, architect, and deliver a project management strategy including automation, project oversight and control, and best-in-class communication
  • Collaborate with Executive stakeholders to develop company-wide action plans for mediation and resolution by mandated due dates, including project management planning and task prioritization
  • Share innovative ideas with peers and leadership to enhance operational efficiency and innovation focus
  • Assess the overall quality of project deployments and establish critical metrics to assess business impacts, prioritizing production defects across applications
  • Implement best-in-class project controls through the execution of the life cycle, ensuring risks are quantified, measurable, and tied to impact on project completion estimates
  • Implement a controlled schedule baseline process to ensure scope, schedule, and time are controlled through the life of each project and customer deliverable
  • Develop, improve, and document a customer request and priority-based selection of projects, ensuring successful delivery of products and services with clear communication and measurable reports on status, impacts, and mitigation

  • Salary Range:  $120,000 - $216,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:  
  
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business or technical studies
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with advanced knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), techniques, and best practices
  • Certified Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) with over 10 years of experience driving portfolios of resource-loaded schedules, including training in scheduling standards and earned value requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Project Controls, or Program Management, with involvement in programs exceeding $1 billion
  • Over 5 years of direct leadership experience, ideally in a telecom or fast-paced technology environment
  • Leadership experience of over 10 years leading high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in Waterfall, Iterate, and Agile/Scrum/Lean principles
  • Extensive experience in implementing program and project controls, including system integration and data analytics
  • Strong background in data integration, system implementation, data analytics design, and creation, particularly with Power BI and data warehouse development
  • Ability to horizontally and vertically navigate across various business functions and departments, including Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Technology, and Supply Chain
