Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 13 to 15+ years of experience in software development and at least 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong expertise in C#,.NET (Core, MVC, Web API), React, JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
- Proven experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.
- Experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Good to Have:
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
- Exposure to AI/ML integration within cloud ecosystems.
- Prior experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
