JOB DESCRIPTION
This role of Senior Software Engineer– Technology Platform, requires a unique blend of Cloud 
technology knowledge and solid implementation skills for maximum business value. We are 
looking at someone who has keen interest in solving unique problems in the media space and is 
comfortable with cloud technologies. He or she needs to have an entrepreneurial mindset and an 
urgency to solve problems for the customers.

Qualification & Experience:
BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS from a good university in Computer science or adjacent fields with
some Cloud experience.
8-10 years of relevant industry experience in large scale cloud deployments.

• Analytical problem-solving skills along with excellent debugging skills with impeccable attention 
  to detail.
• Must be a self-starter, proactive and highly energized, and organized.
• Up to date with modern Cloud technologies on AWS.
  
• Willingness to learn the business side of technology and Media and Entertainment domain – on 
  the job as well as organized training.
• Excellent oral, written and listening skills.

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to) :

• Proficient in Java with a working experience with Spring boot, microservice 
  architecture.
• Proficient in Mysql and NoSql databases.
• Has complete understanding and experience with cloud deployments – Dockers, 
  Kubernetes.
• Has worked on projects that require use of AWS and/or Azure webservices.
• Has worked on projects that require using vectorization and apply in search using 
  tools like Redis, Elastic Search/Opensearch.
• Understands challenges with Queuing, Scheduling, DB replication and Latencies and 
  worked on remedies to bring efficiencies.
• Has worked in start-up culture before or wants to work in an agile environment.
• Acutely aware of the business needs while solving critical problems for the 
  customer.
